These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MeRhythm AI's mobile application, website, and related services (together, the “Service”), operated by MeRhythm AI Inc. (“MeRhythm AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to create a MeRhythm AI account. When you sign up, you agree to provide accurate information — including your name, phone number, and profession — and to keep it up to date.
MeRhythm AI gives you tools to build a personal daily routine, including work-block scheduling, habit tracking, smart reminders, calendar views, and an optional AI assistant that suggests schedule adjustments based on your usage patterns.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
MeRhythm AI offers a free plan and an optional Premium subscription with additional features. Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
“Your Content” means the routines, habits, notes, and profile information you add to MeRhythm AI. You retain full ownership of Your Content.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you — including generating your personal analytics and AI suggestions. We do not sell Your Content, and we do not use it to train models for other companies.
To keep MeRhythm AI safe and reliable for everyone, you agree not to:

The MeRhythm AI name, logo, app design, and underlying software are owned by MeRhythm AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or branding without written permission.
You may delete your account anytime from Settings → Delete account. See our Delete Account page for details. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
Upon deletion, your data is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy's data-retention section.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MeRhythm AI does not guarantee that reminders, AI suggestions, or analytics will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeRhythm AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify you via the app or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
