Delete Your Account

1Delete in the App
You can permanently delete your MeRhythm AI account directly from the app. This removes your profile and all associated data from our servers.
- Open the MeRhythm AI app and sign in
- Go to the Settings tab
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm when prompted — this action cannot be undone
2What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your profile, email, and account credentials
- All habits, routines, streaks, and completion history
- Work preferences, reminders, and health break settings
- Running, focus, study, yoga, and mood session records
- Calendar events synced through the app
- Your profile photo and push notification tokens
Data stored only on your device (such as local notes) may remain until you uninstall the app or clear app storage.
3Deletion Timeline
Account deletion is processed immediately when you confirm in the app. Backups and residual copies in our systems are purged within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.
4Subscriptions
Deleting your MeRhythm AI account does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel your subscription in your device's store settings before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
5Can't Access the App?
If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app installed, email privacy@MeRhythm AI.app from the address linked to your account with the subject line “Account deletion request.” We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
