Privacy Policy — MeRhythm AI

1Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how MeRhythm AI (“MeRhythm AI,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our app and website (the “Service”).

We built MeRhythm AI around one rule: your routine data is yours. We don't sell it, and we don't use it to train models for anyone outside of improving your own experience.

2Information We Collect

3How We Use It

To operate core features — your timeline, habit tracker, reminders, and calendar
To generate your personal analytics (completion rate, streaks, best/worst days)
To power the optional AI assistant's pattern-based suggestions
To send you service notifications, and — only with your consent — product updates
To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents

4AI Assistant & Your Data

✨The AI assistant analyzes your own completion history to suggest schedule changes (e.g. moving a habit block). This analysis happens within your account only — your patterns are never combined with other users' data or used to train shared models. You can disable the AI assistant anytime in Settings.

5Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited cases:

Service providers who help us run MeRhythm AI (hosting, analytics, customer support), bound by confidentiality agreements
Integrations you enable, such as calendar sync — only the data needed for that integration is shared
Legal requirements, if required to comply with a valid legal process
Business transfers, such as a merger or acquisition, with notice to you beforehand

6Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and routine history are permanently deleted within 30 days, except where we're required to retain limited records for legal or accounting purposes.

7Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can exercise most of these directly in the app:

Correct your info — Settings → Manage Habits / Profile
Delete your account — Settings → Delete account
Request your data — email privacy@MeRhythm AI.app
Opt out of marketing emails — unsubscribe link in any marketing email

For any request you can't complete in-app, email privacy@MeRhythm AI.app and we'll respond within 30 days.

8Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we also encourage using a strong, unique password and enabling any available device-level security features.

9Children's Privacy

MeRhythm AI is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it promptly.

10Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
